My parts don't fit, or the results look wrong
Common reasons for missing parts, extra sheets or odd layouts, and how to fix them.

Quick checklist
A part isn't in any diagram
Check that its row checkbox is ticked (unticked rows are excluded), that it has a material when Material groups is on, and that its length and width aren't blank or zero.
Sizes are wildly off, like 25× too big
Your entry unit doesn't match what you typed. For example, you typed 600 meaning millimeters while the entry unit is in. Fix it in Settings → Units, or add the unit to the value (600mm).
It uses more sheets than I expected
Try Least waste as the nesting method. Check grain direction: parts locked to a grain can't rotate to fill gaps. Setting hidden parts to Any direction often saves a sheet. Also check your kerf and edge trim aren't larger than intended.
A long part is split in two
It's longer than your stock, so it was split into jointed segments. See Parts bigger than your stock.
The results say "The layouts below are from your last successful optimization"
Your latest edit left something that can't be optimized, such as an empty size. Fix the value and the layout updates.

You need at least one material with a size and at least one part.
